SOL 2012

This event will build on all the useful learning from the past 10 annual SOLWorld conferences. The Oxford Crew plans to take the best of what we know works in conference design, and add to it some new twists and surprises to make this an outstanding all-round experience.

You will join an extraordinary group of people with a shared interest in making things work better in organisations.

There will be dozens of world-class practitioners and thought-leaders in the field, as well as curious practitioners who are newer to solutions focus (SF). A range of interests will be represented, including business, communities, health sector, charities, academia and therapy.
