“Using our Registration Management technology we can check in attendees and print their badge within a matter of seconds. The system has been used on numerous events large and small, including checking in over 1,000 guests in under an hour.”
Becki Cross, MD, Events Northern Ltd
Are you looking for a fast and efficient system to check in attendees for your next event? Events Northern have developed new cutting edge software and technology to offer registration and check in services either as part of our complete event management package or as a standalone service. This enables:
- Personalised barcoded tickets emailed to attendees in advance of the event
- Instant badge printing as the delegate arrives at registration (triggered either by scanning their barcoded ticket or manually by name)
- Customised badge design layout including client/partner logos and branding, bespoke event and social media details, as desired
- Badges linked to the database, and printed detailing personalised attendee information, reminders and key information on the badge itself e.g. workshop registration and rooms, appointment times, allocated catering rooms, etc.
- Fast creation and printing of badges on site, on the day, for new registrations or people attending on behalf of a colleague
- We can quickly correct and reprint a badge if any of the details are incorrect or have changed
- If a delegate loses a badge we can reprint another badge easily. If this is at a fee paying event we can also track a duplicate badge and the original badge on the system to ensure two people are not attending on one paid place
- Real time updates in terms of the numbers of people checked in at any particular time
- Post event reporting including the ability to track check in times of attendees (and check out times if required)
- Opportunity for exhibitors to gain permission and scan delegate badges at their stand to access contact details for future marketing purposes (no more handwritten contact forms or business cards)
The system has been used successfully at many events large and small during 2010 and 2011. This has included events at the QEII Conference Centre and the Natural History Museum, London, checking in over 1,000 people in the space of 60 minutes.
