Events Northern offers a free venue finding service.  This can be offered as a standalone service or offered alongside any of our event management services and bespoke packages.  Let us know your requirements and we will supply a short list of potential venues which match your needs and budget. 
We work regularly and closely with a number of venues and so as a result of these relationships we are often able to pass on discounts and savings directly to the client. 

As an event management company we know the importance of choosing the right venue; we know the questions to ask and what really matters.  We have excellent working knowledge of venues across the UK – often we have worked directly with the venues ourselves managing event projects.  We can often advise first-hand the practicalities of working with a venue and give an honest appraisal in terms of logistics, planning and management.  We believe this insider knowledge sets us apart from other venue finding agencies. 

We can then handle further negotiation with the favoured venues and oversee the contract signing process.

We favour venues with good environmental credentials and accessibility by public transport.  We often create easy active travel walking routes from the nearest train station for our attendees. 

We utilise local produce and educate venues and catering in the principles and ethos of the Healthy Catering Guidelines.

Value Venues

We understand that value for money is a major factor when deciding on a venue and that currently budgets are tight for many organisations operating in a difficult financial climate.  We also know that a face to face meeting, seminar or conference is often the best and most cost effective way to meet your objectives.  We can negotiate recession beating rates with selected venues, large and small, across the UK.  We also have links to “hidden gems” – alternative multi-purpose venues across the UK which offer cost effective meeting and event spaces.
