The Safety Organisation Ltd

The Safety Organisation worked with Events Northern on the complex World Safety Conference in London. They ensured safe systems of work and provided a top quality presence and written file of safety systems in a very approachable, tactful and human way. They were a credit to the health and safety ‘industry’ and helped to add the quality of our service to our clients and to our visitors, many of which had travelled thousands of miles to our capital city.

Despite the strict requirements of health and safety law as well as those of licensing obligations, The Safety Organisation works very hard with you to help you to take away some of the hard work needed to comply and to fulfil your duties of care. They are happy to talk over with you how much time you will need and what provisions you need to think about budgeting, for no charge at all. They can then go on to provide a packet of services based upon your budget priorities, in a friendly way, to help you towards compliance. Their ultimate services are to act as your retained health and safety advisors, to write all of your requirements for documentation, to act as your safety officers (for events work) and to provide training and qualifications for your team. Andy Whitehead Photography

Andy Whitehead is a freelance photographer who prides himself on producing quality photography with a professional attitude and the ability to work well with people. Skilled in digital photography and manipulation, Andy is experienced in conducting both 'stills' and '360 virtual tour' assignments and he focuses in travel, tourism, events and sports photography.

His style is a combination of ‘reportage' and a creative thought through approach to a photographic brief, and his images have been featured in designs on billboards, magazines, annual reports, brochures, posters, websites and are continually licensed through photo agencies worldwide.

Andy uses the latest full-frame Nikon digital camera bodies, lenses and wireless flash setups along with a high level of software knowledge including image adjustment and retouching artwork for a complete professional workflow from beginning to end.

Based in Manchester, Andy is available for photographic assignments throughout the UK and worldwide.

Andy Whitehead is the preferred photographer of Events Northern Ltd and virtually all photographs on the Events Northern website have beeing taken by Andy.

The North West Health and Physical Activity Forum (NWHPAF)

The NWHPAF is a not for profit organisation based in the North West of England, promoting best practice and influencing policy in the area of health and physical activity.

The North West Health & Physical Activity Forum aims to:
• Share practice, liaise with and inform relevant groups where appropriate.

The Forum’s objectives are:
• To promote networking opportunities for those working within health, physical activity and sport.
• To be a regional body developing links with national organisations.

The NWHPAF has three core focus areas in which it works:
• Knowledge Transfer
• Advocacy and Lobbying
• Membership Services

Membership of the Forum starts from £30 per annum.

Events Northern are proud to be the Event Managers for the NWHPAF. We also undertake membership services on behalf of the Forum including weekly health and physical activity email updates.

Dean Taylor Theatre Productions

Dean Taylor Theatre Productions tour a much acclaimed Shakespeare performance across the North West every Summer. Performances take place at fantastic venues including Turton Tower, Haigh Hall, Whalley Abbey and Skipton Castle. They have just completed their 9th outdoor summer tour of "Twelfth Night." This is always the ultimate outdoor promenade experience - bring a picnic and enjoy the show!
