To recognise, celebrate and share best practice in patient experience across all facets of health and social care in the UK.
The Patient Experience Network National Awards (PENNA) follows a unique format, that allows all shortlisted entrants the opportunity to take part in the exhibition at the Awards day itself. The programme itself is a balance of presenting awards, guest speakers and category winners presenting their projects. Substantial networking time is also built into the day, allowing attendees to gather ideas, and take in current and future trends that will go on to transform the experience of care in the UK at all levels.
Events Northern have worked with the Patient Experience Network for 5 years and manage both the registration and submission process for the Patient Experience Network National Awards, as well as the logistics and operations of both their awards ceremony and roadshow events.
