Awards Ceremonies

Awards ceremonies are an important opportunity to celebrate outstanding contributions from individuals and organisations. This is the big moment of recognition for the award winners and it is important that every detail is right.

Events Northern Ltd can look after all elements of the awards event including venue-finding, ticketing, food and beverage, audio visual requirements, design and creation of awards, certificates and prizes, table plans, branding, brochures, entertainment, theming, venue preparation and set up, staff and performer briefings, stage management and event management of the live event.

We have launched, developed, and produced awards ceremonies across various sectors, most recently including the Patient Experience Network National Awards in Birmingham and the North West Cultural Education Awards in Preston.

Awards ceremonies are traditionally glitzy evening affairs, but, when appropriate, we also like to create something much more valuable than just a boozy black tie occasion.

Awards events can also have an important sharing and learning element so that others can benefit from the best practice of others and find inspiration to take away and apply to their own work. And they don’t always have to be evening events either or have any alcohol involved.

PENNA is the ultimate event to celebrate those that do amazing work in improving the patient experience; the Oscars of the patient experience world. PENNA shares poster boards from all of the finalists and encourages networking and connections between health organisations from the NHS, private and charity sector. When the winners are announced live at the event they then have to share a 10-minute presentation about their project so that everyone can understand exactly why they deserved to be recognised. Following the national awards there are also spin off roadshows in the regions, highlighting a few of the outstanding contributions.

Whichever approach is right for your awards, we would welcome the opportunity to work with you to create an event that is memorable for all the right reasons.
