Networking Events

Business networking events are an effective way to meet local businesses and explore new opportunities to work together.

Networking events happen across all sectors, some are targeted and specific to a particular industry or area and others encourage a cross-section of businesses to attend.

Events Northern Ltd can work closely with you to ensure you get the right people there, suggest relevant speakers, assist with potential exhibitors and sponsors and help to develop a unique and custom fit approach to your networking session to ensure your delegates leave feeling positive, well connected and wanting to come back for more.

We have produced corporate business networking events, speed networking, breakfast meetings, evening networking, lunch meetings, networking dinners, and industry-specific networking events.

Networking is often one of the most important reasons for attending an event, cited by business attendees. Ensuring there are plenty of networking opportunities should always be a key consideration in conferences and other business events. Even at consumer events, visitors often welcome the opportunity to talk to others that share their passions and experiences and to make new friends.

Networking events can be a great way to give something back to the business community and hosting a networking event can ensure that your organisation name is remembered positively by the individuals and organisations in attendance.

Unique venues can add extra appeal to your business networking event, for instance, iconic venues, sports stadia, rooftop terraces, showrooms, museums, unusual spaces, pop up events and interactions. An enticing environment adds an extra layer of interest and a talking point for your guests.

Events Northern Ltd has produced the annual Central Lancashire Business Event since 2013. This is an evening event for local businesses and includes speakers, exhibitors, funding organisations and the chance to network over food and drinks. We work on behalf Preston, Chorley and South Ribble Councils to produce this popular free event, which generally takes place in October each year. Over 200 people attend and feedback is always very positive in terms of the quality of the speakers and business opportunities and support which have emerged.
